The EAST High Performance Centre was established on the principle that peak performance requires hard, purposeful work and a dedicated community. Our facility is engineered for those athletes who demand more from themselves—providing a sleek, high-performance, fun and competitive environment.

Strength & Conditioning
Fully equipped for multi-sport specific training, including all HYROX equipment. Aim for the leaderboard scores to push your training to the next level.
Golf Simulator
Multiple golf bays for booking, brought to you by GOLFZON. Enjoy a round by yourself, with your friends, learn from a coach, or try to reach the leaderboards.
Shooting Pads
Practice your shot or test your new stick at our shooting pads. Muiltiple pads available for booking, or one large pad to use with your friends.
Lounge
As a member, hang out in our lounge to relax, have an INFUSION or a coffee, do your homework, watch live sports events on TV, or play games with your friends.
Elite Coaching
Tailored 1-on-1 strategic consulting focused on your physical architecture. Our coaches use data-driven protocols to optimize biomechanics, recovery, and long-term performance gains.
Locker Room
Store your sports equipment in our 24/7 access secure locker room.
Member App
Our App to fully manage your calendar, bookings, credits, stats and leaderboards, events, and all things HPC.
Our members use our App to book facilities and coaches, join classes and events, and make purchases. Our App is based on credits, with 1HKD = 1 Credit. You can top up credits in the App if you run out. On a monthly membership, you can cancel at anytime, one month ahead.
