SEB BRIEN
Bio
Seb Brien is the Hong Kong Rugby 7s team co-captain and also represents the 15s team. Highlights of his career to date include captaining the side in the Men’s Sevens World Cup, winning a National Games title and being the only ever local player to be top try scorer at the Hong Kong 7s. His work in the gym, focusing on power, speed and strength has not only led to his achievements on the pitch but also the longevity of his professional career, spanning a decade. Seb grew up playing multiple sports and still plays many recreationally and is excited to work with athletes from any age or sport to build strong foundations that can help them on their journey.
Functional Strength:
Perfect for athletes who have started their weight training journey; look to perfect compound movements, learn some more advanced lifts and work through ‘pre-hab’ exercises that will help with injury prevention. Help to transfer the movements into real sport application with wrestling and coordination games.
Explosive Power:
For the more advanced athlete who has solid foundational lifts. Learn power movements safely that will directly translate to strength, speed and agility on the court/rink/pitch. This class is not about looking good on the beach, it is about moving heavy things fast and being the best athlete you can be.
Athletic Foundations:
Everyone has to start somewhere and the earlier the better. Learn the most functional lifts safely, learn what to do when not with a coach in the gym and how to structure your own workouts and gym schedule. These core components will be interspersed with games and a fitness blast so you leave the class having had fun, developed the essentials and with a sweat on.

Beginner Play — Turf Basics
Our Beginner Play sessions introduce kids to golf in a fun, safe space on our indoor turf. Using SNAG (Starting New At Golf) equipment, young players learn proper grip, stance and basic swing mechanics through games and guided drills. Coaches focus on hand-eye coordination, confidence and enjoyment so every child builds a strong foundation while having fun.
Level Up — Simulator Skills
In our Middle Level program, kids advance to tech-assisted training on our golf simulator. Players refine swing technique, work on ball flight and shot shaping, and learn course strategy under coach guidance. The simulator provides instant feedback on club speed, launch angle and accuracy, helping young golfers make measurable progress and develop consistency.
Ready for the Course — On-Course Prep
When players are comfortable with technique and course knowledge, they move into our Ready for the Course stage. Sessions combine simulated scenarios with real-course etiquette, short-game practice and on-course play (when available). Coaches emphasize course management, safety, and confidence so kids are prepared to enjoy and succeed on an actual golf course.
Christine's Classes
Our Small-Group Golf sessions welcome both youth and adults in a supportive, skill-focused setting. Beginners start on our indoor turf with youth equipment to learn fundamentals, then progress to simulator training for technique refinement, instant feedback, and course strategy. Advanced drills and on-course prep build confidence, etiquette, and consistency. Small groups ensure personalized coaching, fun peer competition, and steady, measurable improvement for all ages.
